说实话，IBM的help没有看懂啊。
To do this, click Improve Battery Health button, then click Recondition
Battery Now button. If Improve Battery Health button is not supported on
your system, perform the following steps manually:

5.Let the battery totally discharge, then let the battery charge.
Perform the following steps if your battery is Li-Ion:
a. Unplug the AC adapter and let the battery totally discharge. The
computer automatically goes to standby mode when the battery is fully
discharged.
Note :
Li-Ion batteries need to be charged to 100% at the start of the battery
reconditioning process.
b. With the proper AC adapter, let charge the battery until Battery LED is
solid green.
意思应该是不支持Improve Battery Health button才手工采取下列步骤，1-5步里也没提按Recondition Battery Now button啊,5的执行过程也没提到阿。而51nb.com上都说是执行Recondition Battery Now后放电充电。
