新的OCZ 读525M写475M，价格也差不多吧。

不过我是硬盘党...SSD不合适

4K如何？这个还有高速度的都是256G的，一般64G 128G因为颗粒数的问题，造成读写通道数都不如120G以上容量SSD的通道数多。

通常都这样吧，超过一定容量通道数就太多，另外一个系列：
40GB Max Performance

Max Read: up to 280 MB/s
Max Write: up to 270 MB/s
Sustained Write: up to 200 MB/s
Random Write 4k (Aligned): 45,000 IOPS

50-240GB Max Performance

Max Read: up to 285MB/s

t420是sata3吗？不然这个硬盘达不到最好效果啊。
