触控板无法使用的处理方案

outline: 0px; text-size-adjust: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: rgb(52, 52, 52); font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", Arial, sans-serif, 宋体; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">1、如果鼠标和其他指针设备中，可以看到触控板设备，如上图一般显示为Lenovo pointing device或对应厂商的名字 ，例如：ELAN，Synaptics，ALPS。选择触控板设备右击卸载，勾选删除驱动程序，然后重启正常系统会自动安装触控板驱动，设备管理器中触控按设备应该显示“PS/2兼容鼠标”，然后测试触控板使用是否正常。如果还是无法使用，可再安装官网驱动尝试，依旧无效就需要备份数据重新安装系统了。（如果卸载驱动重启后触控板设备依旧显示之前的名称，就是由于不适合的驱动无法卸载导致的，需要备份数据重装系统解决），<a href="https://iknow.lenovo.com/detail/dc_145011.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener" style="text-decoration-line: none; color: rgb(52, 52, 52); font-family: "Microsoft YaHei", Arial, sans-serif, 宋体; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">2、如果鼠标和其他指针设备中检测不到触控板设备，这个一般是系统问题，建议选择鼠标和其他指针设备右击扫描检测硬件改动，扫描后看是否可以识别到触控板设备，如果依旧无法识别，就需要备份数据重新安装系统了。如果重装纯净版系统故障依旧，建议送修检测。如下图：</p><p style="border: 0px;
