2年前在这里买的机器，出问题了。
机器的背签上印的是3年的warranty，
然后到这个地方查询保修期限：

结果死活都说序列号无效(分别尝试了地区： china,us,hongkong,australia)。
请问现在该怎么办？

NC6000
series pp2090
s/n: CNU4070L99
p/n: PA274US#ABA
